before start talk, I feel sorry for your losses can't expect how stressful you are undergoing but i can understand you cuz i lost some people too even though they weren't my direct family and even i don't have kids, losing someone i love is huge tragedy and affects a lot and you experienced much worse normally people might say this "at least, you must survive" "don't let them disappointed" or etc.. but i want to tell you this sadness is natural feeling and don't try push it away whatever you do for resist before you accept and overcome, that feeling gonna be stay in your deep heart then just accept it you lost meaning of life and purpose and a lot i can't deny that but you still got people who willing and trying to help you til you are recovered it's afraid to accept sadness of course it's hard too much but you have to do that cuz your hesitating will cost time a lot than just accepting. but in pain parts, they are not different so much.. you and your people might be knocked out if it lasts too long. so i wish you can just jump directly into sadness you visited mind cafe with your own willing and based on that, i can see your potential I'm not religious person but after writing this gonna pray for short time for you cheer up
